Paige Romanowski, CPT Founder of Bodyrite Training, Primal Certified Health Coach

 Paige Romanowski is the founder owner of BodyRite Training, a high end group training facility specializing in functional fitness and health coaching located in Jamesport, New York.  Paige is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Exercise and Sports Trainer Association in addition to a Primal Health Coach. Her reputation for helping people lose weight and shred body fat is well known around the North Fork thanks to countless client testimonies of weight loss and body transformations.

 

Sam Achilich, RYT
Primal Certified Health Coach

Sam Achilich is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) through Yoga Alliance as well as a Certified Primal Health Coach. She began her yoga practice ten years ago and fell in love with what yoga brought to her physically, mentally and spiritually. Sam feels that strength training and yoga are the perfect partners for developing a strong, flexible body, a focused mind and an open heart. Her yoga classes will teach clients the fundamental practices of yoga in a comfortable setting. BodyRite clients can look forward to better alignment, breath control and becoming familiar with fundamental standing, seated and balancing poses.

Drew Kelly, CPT Pn1 Nutrition Coach

Drew Kelly is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach  with BodyRite Training. Drew’s love of sports on the field like baseball, lacrosse and track since the young age of fourteen also translates into his current passion for fitness and training in the gym. Drew has experimented with all types of fitness, like functional training, power lifting and isolation training for example. For the past ten years Drew has gone to the gym day in and day out trying to better himself and the people who have joined him along the way. BodyRite Training is excited to have Drew on staff along with our team of fitness professionals working hard every day for our clients advocating what we believe exemplifies living a Bodyrite life!

Rachel Goodale, BodyRite Training Instructor

Rachel is a Certified Group Training Instructor in multiple areas of fitness and strength training.  She has turned a lifelong passion of fitness into a career, using her enthusiasm for a fit and healthy lifestyle to motivate our clients in her classes. She is always striving to burn more calories with extra laughs and some smiles through every class she teaches! Rachel will challenge you to break away from your comfort zone in as she believes “if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you."
